Main activities

Advice and repre­sen­tation in litigation for private individuals, companies and enter­prises. Special focus on family law cases of all kinds (separation, divorce, matters of children, cohabi­tation, maintenance, matri­monial property law, etc.) including repre­sen­tation before courts and autho­rities (in particular, the KESB). Main areas of practice in the following fields of law:

• Family law
• Labour law
• Contract law
• Media law and personal rights protection
• Corporate law

Career

Studied law at University of Zurich and at Humboldt University in Berlin. Trainee lawyer at a medium-sized law firm (2016-2017), followed by work as a lawyer at a large commercial law firm (2018). Admitted to the bar in 2018. Joined Bachmann Rechts­anwälte AG as a practising attorney-at-law in 2019.
